Job Description: A Community Employment Specialist providing community based support to disabled people and those with health conditions by delivering tailored sessions which can include subjects such as; peer support, conditions management, employment support, CV writing, help with budgeting all in a relaxed environment. Also working to engage with local employers to change attitudes and secure opportunities for participants, helping to build a better understanding of disability in the work place and support in becoming a Disability Confident employer.
Hobbies/Interests: Love to go walking and cycling in the countryside and visiting different places here in beautiful Northumberland as well as in Europe.
